Returns
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process.
- The customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your cash on delivery amount. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Please note: Refunds are only available for defective or incorrect items, as per our return policy.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.
